Reiki Energy Healing

REIKI is an effective form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. Originating in Japan in the late 1800s, it involves the transfer of Universal energy (Qi or Prana) from the practitioner's hands to the patient.

This sacred Japanese energy healing technique is used to reduce stress and promote emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Reiki realigns the energy centers (Chakras) in the body so that the mind, body, and spirit return to a well-functioning, balanced state.

Regular Reiki Treatments promote a clear and consistent flow of energy throughout the body. Reiki is a great complement to other holistic practices such as flower remedy treatments, yoga, meditation, chiropractic care, massage therapy, herbal apothecary, and acupuncture.

As a powerful healing tool that has proven to transform the lives of so many around the world, Reiki is becoming one of the most popular means of improving and restoring one's mind, body, and soul. How is Reiki Performed?

I perform Reiki by gently laying my hands over various parts of the body while grounding into Mother Earth and connecting to Source (Universal) energy.

Remote Reiki uses a similar method in that an object is used to represent you and/or the collective energy I'm working with. 

Some clients report feelings of deep-rooted emotional or physical release, deep relaxation, and extreme euphoria; while others report no notice of a physical or emotional shift at all. All feelings and experiences are valid and will vary from person to person.

Reiki Energy Healing can be done in-person or remotely. One modality is no better than the other, it is simply based on preference and convenience.

An open heart, mind, and readiness to improve your life on various levels is all that is required.

FAQ:

WHAT WILL I NEED FROM YOU PRIOR TO YOUr SESSION?

​Before your session, please fill out the booking form on the “Connect” page. This includes a brief explanation of your goal(s) and/or any information that may be relevant as it relates to your emotional, physical, mental, and/or spiritual history.

If this is a remote session, I will need a picture of you if I’m unable to access one through your Instagram. This can be sent after I’ve successfully received your booking inquiry and have scheduled your session.

FOR GROUP REMOTE REIKI: Simply fill out the required fields on the booking form that is posted to the “Connect” page. You will not need to send a picture in order to receive this healing.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED TO ACHIEVE My GOAL(s)/see results?

​This will vary from person to person as we all have our own unique experiences. I recommend beginning with one session and waiting at least 2 weeks before returning for another.

Some clients will feel an instant shift, while others will feel the effects of the session later on. Some situations may require multiple sessions of healing, while others may only need one or two.

It’s best to listen to your body for the most appropriate regimen for you.
