We will go over your current state of being and deep dive into your health history (mental, emotional, and physical). This is done to uncover the root cause of your concern so as to find the best solution to your healing.

Most often there are multiple areas of concern in which clients want to improve. I will create a custom elixir that is tailored to the specific area(s) that we are treating, which will be the first bottle in which you are prescribed.

We will book your next session roughly a month out from your initial consultation.

Similar to your initial consultation, we will discuss your current state of being during our session and note any changes. Each session consists of completing a rating system form on each area of life so we can track your progress while we’re working together.

In the interim, we will connect via call/text for weekly check-ins. At the end of each session, we will book your next session approximately one month out.

Ideally, we would work together for one year and at a minimum of three months as it takes about three months to complete one (bottle) treatment cycle.

All Flower Remedies are infused with Reiki healing energy and made with a unique blend of organic, wild-harvested, biodynamic flower essences, spring water, and organic grape-based brandy as a natural preservative.

Remedies can be made with organic, non-GMO vegetable glycerine (from sunflowers) as an alcohol-free alternative upon request.

You do not need to have a consult with me in order to purchase any Flower Remedies. Simply fill out the form on the Connect page and I will be in touch regarding your order.

Daily Dosage: Take 4 drops 4x/day under your tongue for best results.

NOTE: You may take 2 drops for quick relief/upon onset of symptoms if needed.

One bottle is considered one prescription and each bottle contains a one months supply. It is recommended to stay on the same remedy for 1 to 3 months. It is also highly recommended that you take only one remedy at a time as it lessens the effectiveness.

As a rule of thumb, the longer you’ve had the concern, the longer the treatment regimen typically takes. I recommend assessing your emotional and mental state after one month (one bottle) to measure any changes. If these concerns have been alleviated, you’ve healed a layer of wounding and a deeper state of being is unveiling itself to you.
